And no matter how complicated the tasks are, they commented on by the president, are not worried. In the context of the established economy and with the desired filling of budgets at all levels, it is really possible to restore co -financing for the construction of regional metro facilities in 2013. At the same time, President Medvedev made it clear that the constituent entities of the Russian Federation should engage in the construction of the metro objects. And this should be done at the expense of its own funds, and the federal budget can only contribute to the financing of the construction.
