Exceptional rights to an Internet site located at strport.ru(hereinafter the site), as well as for all the content on it (articles, photographs, drawings) belong to AAB Media LLC.

Third parties are not entitled to use the results of intellectual activity posted on the site in any way without the written consent of the copyright holder.

The use of the results of intellectual activity owned by AAB media, if such use is carried out without its consent, is illegal and entails liability established by applicable law (paragraph 1 of Article 1229 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).

Legal protection is applied both to the entire site as a whole (the Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation dated 04.22.2008 No. 255/08), and to its individual elements recognized by independent objects of copyright.

Any unlawful use of the site and its elements entails the collection of compensation in the amount from ten thousand to five million rubles for each case of such unlawful use (Article 1301 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).

In addition to civil liability for violation of exclusive copyright legislation administrative and criminal liability is provided.

So, according to Part 1 of Article 7.12 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, a copyright violation in order to extract income entails the imposition of an administrative fine on citizens in the amount of one thousand five hundred to two thousand rubles; for officials from ten thousand to twenty thousand rubles; For legal entities from thirty thousand to forty thousand rubles.

Part 2 of Article 146 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation stipulates that the illegal use of copyright objects committed on a large amount are punishable by a fine of up to two hundred thousand rubles or in the amount of wages or other income convicted for a period until eighteen months, either by obligatory work for a period of up to four hundred eighty hours, or correctional work for a period of up to two years, or forced labor for a period of up to two years, or by imprisonment for the same period.

Acts in order to bring a person to criminal liability under Article 146 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation are recognized as committed on a large scale if the value of rights to use copyright objects exceed one hundred thousand rubles.

The attraction of a person to civil liability does not exempt him from the possibility of bringing to administrative or criminal liability, and vice versa.

A simple (non -exclusive) license to use one object of copyright posted on the site is 7 thousand rubles.

The specified proposal is a public offer (Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).
