In 2013, the first floors of apartment buildings will turn into parking lots. This fate and other buildings will not bypass, and most likely to build housing with parking lots located underground, at the expense of the budget will be prohibited.

It is conceived that the first parking specialized floors in residential buildings will appear by 2013. At the same time, one parking space will be allocated for one apartment. It is assumed that parking spaces will take the first three floors of buildings. A special technical floor will separate the cars parked in the common hall from residential premises.

This decision of the metropolitan authorities to some extent is forced. It is caused by the fact that the cost of one underground parking space is at least a million rubles. Experts, not without reason, believe that if you park on former residential floors, the price of a parking space will fall to 600, or even up to 350 rubles.
