44 Khrushcho will be demolished next year in the NEW

The head of the prefecture of the North-Eastern Administrative District, Valery Vinogradov, reported on planning the demolition of 44 dilapidated Khrushcho-ancient five-story apartment buildings built in the revolutionary years. This year was marked by the demolition of 11 such houses, Valery Vinogradov noted.

The official noticed that there were no such large volumes for the dismantling of buildings in the history of the territory of the North-Eastern Administrative District. It was also stated that plans to resettle people from such slums have already been considered and carefully planned by the prefecture of the district. If there are no interference in the implementation of the demolition and relocation program, then the completion of the program is scheduled for the end of 2014.

Since it is required to populate somewhere a population from demolished houses, it is planned to build a new microdistrict with multi -storey buildings near these houses. Separating people will receive their apartments on preferential conditions immediately after the dismantling of Khrushcho. On the territory of demolished houses, it is planned to build new schools, shopping centers and entertainment institutions. Valery Vinogradov also added that this will be a new stage in the development of this territory, which will make people's lives much better.
