And the whole thing is this: the stretch ceiling is a thin polyvinyl chloride canvas, which is not able to withstand the load shown on it with a cornice for a stretch ceiling and heavy curtains. • The most ordinary ceiling cornice, although it costs inexpensively, its installation when tearing the ceiling to the cost of work adds to 2,000 rubles close. The installation of a wall cornice for curtains allows you to reduce the cost of arranging a stretch panel.
• Some consumers do not want to violate the integrity of the film in order to be confident completely in the water resistance of their stretch ceiling, or to be able to change the interior of the house by installing on the windows instead of curtains of other products, for example, blinds.

On sale there are many different configurations and types of cornices of the wall mount, their cost is low. Ordinary stick cornices intended for the traditional ceiling are no different from analogues for the stretch fabric. The cornice is attached to the wall, the curtain is hung on the rings that are worn on the stick. The only thing that is recommended to pay attention to the installation: distance to the stretch fabric. Even rings, deployed by clamps or hooks up, should not come into contact with its surface.

Installation of the cornice for LED backlight

For installation on the ceiling cornice of the LED tape, you will need the following tools and materials: universal glue (liquid nails, titanium or acrylic putty), a sharp knife, a box of matches, a knock for cutting materials at an angle, putting the cracks between the wall and the cornice.

First you need to glue foil tape on the internal base of the cornice, if you have a special tape from the manufacturer of the ceiling cornice for a stretch ceiling, then glue only the corners and places of joints. Next, prepare the LED tape, protecting it from a short circuit.

The LED tape can be assembled from segments and combined with each other by soldering, as a result of which the risk of short circuits through foil tape increases. Therefore, you need to find the rations and remove the protective paper from the adhesive tape. Gently pry, trying not to damage the adhesive base.

Tear off a piece of paper and glue the patch on the contacts, such a solution can protect the tape from the occurrence of a short circuit, and the owners from unnecessary actions. A similar procedure should be done throughout the LED tape, it is better to do this before its installation on the cornice than to suffer with raised hands on weight.

In order to create reliable contact of the cable, it is easier to compress the connection with special ticks so that it turns out to be very reliable, especially in small and hard -to -reach places. Features of fastening ceiling cornices

The work is carried out in such a priority. Prior to the start of installation in the place of the stretch ceiling, determine the place where you will further fix the ceiling cornice. Apply the marking in the appropriate place to the ceiling, then mark the perimeter of the room and attach the fixing profile of the stretch fabric to the walls.

Now the time has come the most important operation: on the ceiling along the marking line, fix the embedded wooden block. It is important not to forget the wood to treat with antiseptic solutions and the spell or apply a hydrophobic primer on it, since the space behind the stretch fabric is not ventilated, and the beam can be rotten otherwise.
