The corrugated pipe PVC is a truly indispensable material that significantly exceeds other types of pipes in different areas of use. Plastic pipes have a wide range of advantages, while their disadvantages cannot be called significant.
A corrugated PVC pipe is a product made of polymers. The polyvinyl chloride itself, from which the corrugation is made quickly, became popular due to its undeniable advantages and low price. In fact, the scope is quite wide, and for each task it is easy to choose the optimal variety. Thanks to good flexibility, the corrugated PVC pipe easily passes even in hard -to -reach places of the room and allows you to minimize the time of installation work on the laying of the cable.

A flexible corrugated pipe is able to withstand mechanical loads, and also eliminates the possibility of damage to the cable. Thanks to the material from which it is made, it has isolation from currents, which allows you to calmly carry out the installation of electric cables, without fear of receiving a shock.
The main difference between pipes made of high -pressure polyethylene in relation to pipe made of polyvinyl chloride is the scope of their use. According to fire -fighting norms, pipes from the PEVD (PVD) are not suitable for laying electric cables in them, since they spread burning, unlike PVC pipes. Therefore, they should be laid in a monolithic non -combustible environment (simply put, they must be poured directly into concrete). Since laying pipes of this type is allowed only hidden, this limits the scope.
The second difference is that, in contrast to polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene is easily subjected to re -processing, which increases the degree of environmental friendliness.

The third difference between pipes from the PVD is their wider temperature use range compared to PVC pipes: from -50 to +90 degrees Celsius.
These differences are quite fundamental, so it is necessary to clarify the material from which the pipe is made (externally looks almost the same).
The use of PVD pipes instead of PVC analogues often causes fires, so it is necessary to mention the differences in materials.
There are a number of undeniable advantages of using this type of pipe, among them the following are distinguished:

To date, two types of pipes are available: designed for sewage and analogues C to perform work on the length of power and low -current cables (computer UTP and telephony). But besides this, there is a classification of the type of strength:

Light corrugation must be used only for the installation of external networks and only inside the building due to its sensitivity to sunlight (exposure to ultraviolet radiation). A flexible corrugated pipe allows you to create installation connections at any angle, up to 360 degrees - which saves when equipping complex electric networks connecting.
A heavy corrugated pipe is characterized by greater mechanical strength and the possibility of laying underground.
A super -winged corrugated pipe of PVC is used in areas of high physical activity. Such material is laid in soils (to a depth of more than one meter), in concrete, directly under the roadway. This variety is recommended to be used in places with increased requirements for the safety of electrical wiring (these can be attributed to any building with constant large accumulation of people: hospitals, schools, hotels and others).
PVC corrugated pipe is used to lay a cable of various purposes - from telephony to electric cables with high voltage (up to 2000 volts). It is capable of protecting the cable primarily from mechanical damage and weather conditions, and also plays the role of a protective dielectric layer.
The diameters of corrugated pipes are diverse, but there are certain specifications of which it is necessary to use for work. For example, for laying a cable to lighting devices, a PVC pipe with a diameter of 16 mm is enough, for outlets and switches, a larger diameter of 20 mm is required, to lay the systems between floors and in the walls, the diameter of the pipe should be at least 40 mm. You should also take into account the section of the cable and its number inside the corrugation in order to exclude the possibility of dense styling. PVC corrugation is characterized by operating temperature from -25 to +60 degrees, which allows installation installation of indoors at any time of the year. The corrugated pipe, the price of which is not large, is better than other protective shells for electrical work.

Each type of corrugated pipe is made in two versions: with and without probe. The probe is a rigid metal wire passing through the entire corrugation, which ensures the convenience of the cable stretch (just attach the end of the cable to this wire and pull it out on the other side). Such a simple engineering solution, according to experts, made it possible to reduce the time spent on the extension of the cables to three times. In addition, the greater flexibility and light weight of the corrugation allow it to be laid without special tools and, in fact, without spending strength. The corrugated PVC with a probe (length) will be the best choice for creating a cable system.
For pruning, any cutting tools are enough, including ordinary scissors, fasteners to the surface occurs using special mounts, often plastic brackets are in their roles, which are mounted to the surface with nails (nails are used as a basic fastening element, but are not suitable for each wall ).
Thanks to good flexibility and ability, it is attached at any angle, as well as a little weight, it is possible to draw a cable even in hard -to -reach places.
The corrugated pipe has proven itself quite well for the sewage system. When installing new systems or replacing old ones with such materials, it is easier and more convenient to work. Sewer pipes are able to withstand the effects of a large load and weight, which allows them to mount them directly under the ground. Often they are made by two -layer (this is especially characteristic of corrugated pipes), from polyethylene, withstanding high pressure for the inside of the pipe and low -pressure polyethylene for the outer part. Like other varieties of PVC pipes, sewer are not suitable for using them in high temperatures, the maximum allowable value of the operating temperature is +40 degrees.

It is mainly used to sew the domestic use (corrugation is preferably used to drain water through the washbasin sink, or for the toilet, most often occurs as a drain tube from a washing machine). For sewage, hard polyvinyl chloride pipes of a larger diameter are mainly used, which differs a much greater degree of mechanical strength.
Main advantages:

The effect of water with high temperature (up to 80 degrees) is allowed, but only short -term. The pipe material can melt, which will lead to a violation of the integrity of the pipe and possible leaks.
